CANCELLATION POLICY
Here's how cancellations work at Everlight Jewels.
| Situation | What Applies |
|---|---|
| Free cancellation | Orders can be cancelled at no cost within 24 business hours of being placed, except items marked for fast or express shipping, which begin processing right away. |
| After 24 hours | If the item hasn't been dispatched yet, cancellation is still possible with a 10% cancellation charge. |
| Exchange instead of cancelling | You're welcome to request an exchange in place of a cancellation, as long as the item hasn't shipped. |
| Cannot be cancelled | Gold coins, customised jewellery, and engraved pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed. |
