Orders are processed within 10-15 business days of confirmation. Custom or personalised pieces
may take a little longer to prepare we'll keep you informed throughout.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free standard shipping across India. Express delivery or special requests may carry an
additional charge, shown at checkout.
4. International Shipping
Everlight Jewels ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes,
or import fees charged by the destination country these are the customer's responsibility.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method and are shown at checkout. As a general guide,
most orders are delivered within 10–21 working days. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors
beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruptions, or customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package at every
stage.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Everlight Jewels
cannot take responsibility for delays or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
